John did an outstanding job installing our bathroom sink!

A job well done. Thorough and friendly!!

Aron Hilpipre is the best of the best! We had an electrical issue in our home and Lazer Home Services sent Aron to help us out. Aron arrived on time and he was pleasant, respectful and kind, and listened to my concerns. He addressed the problems, explained things to me as he went along, and was very patient in answering my many questions. If I continue to get customer service like this I will stick with Lazer Home Service for all my home needs. Thank you, Aron!

Fast friendly and repaired the old unit without trying to sell me a new one

My AC went out on the hottest, most humid day of 2024 around 6pm. Of course I set about calling any, and all HVAC companies that I could find hoping to find someone to come out that evening. But of course I found no one willing to come out that night. First thing the next day I started again and while I was able to make appointments for later in the day I happened to call “Lazer”, a company that I had never used before and spoke with Trisha. Trisha was a great listener and very sympathetic to the fact that I had no AC and found someone that she could send out right away which was Zach. Zach went right to work on the issue and diagnosed the problem VERY quickly and within a short time I had my AC back!! It was obvious to me that Zach was a very skilled, and talented HVAC technician. He made me aware of some optional price points for the repair explaining each option and how it would affect my usage and the AC unit. I did go for the higher priced Hard Start Kit after Zach explained why it would be the best option for my unit. He also made me aware of Lazer’s monthly service plan which may be a future consideration. I would also like to add that Zach was very respectful of my home using shoe covers. All, and all “Lazer” made my very bad situation a great repair experience!! Zach is a GREAT asset to your company!!! Thank “Lazer” for coming out so quickly, and sending Zach!

Zach, my technician, came the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. He thoroughly checked out my AC and left a written report with me. Overall, I felt that it was an excellent service call and I highly recommend Razer Home Services.

It's never a fun time having to fix your furnace or A/C unit. Zach Anderson was a great person to speak with and describe what was happening. Look forward to dealing with Zach again.

5/5. Jerry came out for repair work.Did a Good job of explaining the fix. Hoping g new blows will solve the noise issue Jerry djd a nice job when he came out to do our ac check. Was patient and responded to our questions with answers we could understand. Was very thorough . Highly recommend Jerry and Lazer. 6/2.Dan was friendly and answered my questions about our AC maintenance. August 2024. Had Jerod come out to look at the possibility of getting our ac unit off the ground outside and mounted onto the foundation so we could more easily deal with routing water way from the house. He was thorough with his evaluation and explained options available to us. Currently considering next steps.

Lazer Home Services has been FANTASTIC to work with! We needed part of our plumbing stack replaced and contacted multiple companies in the area. Robin took our initial call and was knowledgeable, accommodating, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They gave us a fair estimate and explained different options available. Johnathon and Andrew completed the repair, and I can’t say enough good things! They took their time to do the job right and left absolutely no mess behind. Everyone at Lazer Home Services was so nice to work with and genuinely cared about us as a customer. We highly recommend and will be using them for any of our future needs!

We have been super happy with all of our experiences with Lazer. All of the technicians on this team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and do awesome work! They installed all new electrical in our bedrooms last summer and they did an amazing job. We decided to become members after that and it has been reassuring to have safety checks throughout the year.

Zach, the HVAC technician came in and inspected our furnace and A/C system. He was very professional, down to earth, and informative. We are new home owners and had a lot of questions and concerns and he answered them all. Additionally, he explained things in a way that’s easy for us to understand. We have had nothing but great experiences at Lazer. From the phone to our home they have been helpful and friendly. Nice to see a company that truly cares for the customer! Highly recommend!

We had Berton with Lazer Home Services HVAC service our A/C, furnace & fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and honest. We also had Mason with Lazer Electric & Ryan & John with Lazer Plumbing address electrical & plumbing items in our home. ALL were courteous, efficient, trustworthy & reasonable. They sent a plumber out very quickly, when other companies I contacted wouldn’t come for weeks. The plumber was very polite and did a great job on my repairs! I would use them again.

He was thorough and careful when inspecting the plumbing in my home.

Johnathon was great explained everything what should be done. After removing the valve he showed me how bad it was. I have been a customer of Lazer for 7 years and have always did a great job. You can tell Johnathon knows what he's doing.

This is my second review of this company so that should say something. Devan came out and was nothing but professional, timely and took care of a water heater install and cleaned up an AC unit install that was a bit sloppy from another company. Couldn't be happier so thank you Lazer Home Services for being one of the good ones out there.

I needed my air conditioner, looked at, and Devan found the problem and took care of it right away. He kept me informed about everything. I will continue to use Lazer for all my heating and cooling needs.

Mason did the quote.!! It seemed a little high. We were ready to get the lighting done and it was "very fast". Happy with the work. The guys were great and accommodating. Very fast and professional!! We will be back. Prices are high!!! Sometimes,as customers, we have sticker shock! Hope you all know that. Maybe next time the guys could hang around a little longer and at least visit, so I can say they stayed at least a few hours!! Hahaha... fast workers. We ❤️ them! Qualified and Quick!!! Devin reexamined my furnace, which other companies told me was leaking oil and needed replaced. He put his meters to work, and told me that it did not need replacing at this time, that it was a self-contained system and could not actually leak oil. Another case of companies trying to do a senior citizen out of money.I can’t express how much I appreciated Devon’s honesty. That is the kind of an estimator you want coming to your house, rather than these slick people who just want to sell their products at top price. Thank you.

He also informed us of which outlets in our kitchen were on different circuits - which may prove helpful when entertaining. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I had experienced the plumbing side of Lazer which was a great experience when he said it was clogged and not a garbage disposal replacement. Then had the electrician out to rerun wire and flexible conduit to my hot tub. Excellent service from both techs !!!!

Arturo helped me out really quickly. Made a plan, estimate and completed the work for a frozen pipe burst in just a couple hours. Clean and respectful. I would recommend and use Lazer again!
