Very good service and price are decent.

Arrived on time. Did a very thorough diagnostic of my furnace prior to presenting me with options. I already was aware it was 17 years old and was expecting to replace it. Nevertheless he initially gave me a cost option to repair it. Then worked up 2 options for a new unit. I selected an option based on my household needs, to replace it with a similar unit. He also offered me an option to add a humidifier which was an excellent suggestion with wood floors and a piano on the main floor. Very reasonable price for this addition. The total cost was within my researched expectations. He is a well trained young man who handled my questions with confidence and very professionally. It was a very successful and cordial visit and I would highly recommend him as an excellent employee of Lazer.

Scott completed a plumbing job for me today to fix a leaky faucet in my tub/shower. He had to cut out a portion of the wall to replace the valve. He did an awesome job and left the wall sealed so I can use the shower while deciding on what type of surround I want to use for replacement. He also installed new brushed nickel fixtures. Scott was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He left the bathroom clean. No mess left behind. I will request him for all my plumbing needs and Lazer Home Services will be my go to company for all my home service needs.

Lazer Home Services is amazing. I had an electric issue where an outlet was sparking. The dispatcher who took the call was very helpful, and Tech Aron was at my house in 20 minutes, and he took care of the issue in a timely manner. Now that I'm a member, I will be using them for my home service needs.

Called Lazer today for a leaking toilet and they were able to schedule service tomorrow. The service representative was very cordial and helpful in getting our needs met ASAP. Also requested a second opinion for a furnace issue and a technician came out same day. Thanks to Willie for his professionalism and explanations. So far, so good for this company.

Willie with Lazer home services did a fabulous job repairing our furnace. We realized that the furnace wasn’t working with the first temperature drop of the season, and he diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered and installed the part we needed promptly, which we greatly appreciated. I called Lazer Home Services to look at installing two outlets on my patio. They arrived that same day and talked me through the options. Mason started work that day and returned two days later to finish the job. They were very responsive and communicated well. I highly recommend using them!

Called Lazer to come out and help me address a sink that had low flow. Scheduling was easy and they did a good job communicating when they would be arriving at the condo. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing. I plan to use Lazer again for future plumbing needs.

Willie Brazzle was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and about how long it would take. He then explained what he did, a couple of things that might need replacing in the future (my furnace is 25 years old). And he explained the options and approx costs. I was very happy with Mr Brazzle’s service and professionalism, I will definitely use Lazer Home Services again.

The past few months have been a nightmare for me with my old furnace, just all around headache, and after months of having no furnace parts , before I purchased the home they were stolen. Lucas and his crew came in and in a few hours had a new furnace installed and my ac working right! They were polite and professional and cleaned up after they were done. Even hauled away the old furnace.

Team came out for electrical, plumbing and HVSC check. As always they were professional, thorough and easy to work with. They are transparent and honest with recommendations. They are not cheap but well worth the price.

Fast friendly and repaired the old unit without trying to sell me a new one

My AC went out on the hottest, most humid day of 2024 around 6pm. Of course I set about calling any, and all HVAC companies that I could find hoping to find someone to come out that evening. But of course I found no one willing to come out that night. First thing the next day I started again and while I was able to make appointments for later in the day I happened to call “Lazer”, a company that I had never used before and spoke with Trisha. Trisha was a great listener and very sympathetic to the fact that I had no AC and found someone that she could send out right away which was Zach. Zach went right to work on the issue and diagnosed the problem VERY quickly and within a short time I had my AC back!! It was obvious to me that Zach was a very skilled, and talented HVAC technician. He made me aware of some optional price points for the repair explaining each option and how it would affect my usage and the AC unit. I did go for the higher priced Hard Start Kit after Zach explained why it would be the best option for my unit. He also made me aware of Lazer’s monthly service plan which may be a future consideration. I would also like to add that Zach was very respectful of my home using shoe covers. All, and all “Lazer” made my very bad situation a great repair experience!! Zach is a GREAT asset to your company!!! Thank “Lazer” for coming out so quickly, and sending Zach!

Had Jerod come out to look at the possibility of getting our ac unit off the ground outside and mounted onto the foundation so we could more easily deal with routing water way from the house. He was thorough with his evaluation and explained options available to us. Currently considering next steps.

We have been super happy with all of our experiences with Lazer. All of the technicians on this team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and do awesome work!
