We had an emergency situation with our plumbing on a Friday evening. Luckily we got a hold of Emily and Linda who were very helpful and sent out two plumbers, Garth and Ray. They arrived very quickly, identified the problem, and went above and beyond to get it resolved that same night, even patiently waiting as we had to find a key to our condo’s main water supply room that took longer than expected. We couldn’t have found more helpful people than Garth and Ray, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lazer Home Services to anyone! We will be using them exclusively moving forward.

The plumber that came out was friendly and did a great job! Would recommend.

Technician was handy and friendly. Work was done well to specifications. Estimate for adding 240 outlet for car charger was a little higher than competition’s pricing, but they do offer a wide complement of services. Although no ethernet cabling was available.

Aaron did a great job working on our electrical needs. We had an outside light that worked for a short time then quit working after we installed a new fixture. He spent time trying both the fixtures at that connection and determined that both light fixtures weren't working but the electrical connection was fine. Aaron also was knowledgeable on installing the garbage disposal. He is very knowledgeable on all things electrical. I would call him with any concerns. I am very happy with Devon’s knowledge and personality. He was very nice! I think I have worked with all your services and I have found everyone from the office staff to the professionals to be knowledgable with a customer service attitude! I am so fortunate to have found Lazer and be a member! I was extremely happy with the service Mike provided. He was very professional and personable! He was an expert in the field and figured out how to make my furnace work without shutting off since the filter size was too small. He increased the speed of the fan and I have had no problems since. I would highly recommend his service.

Lost power on Easter Sunday in my garage. It was pouring rain outside and we were under a tornado watch with my garage open. I did not want to manually shut it as I was afraid of getting it back open to go to work in the morning. We also had just put lots of Easter leftovers in the garage fridge which now had no power to it. Called Lazer and within 15 minutes my power was restored. They were fast, friendly, and reliable. The price was also unbeatable. They even showed me what to do if it happens again in the future! So thankful that they were able to respond so quickly!

Sam came for a maintenance check on our home’s electrical inner workings and was excellent in both what he noticed and how he explained what might/will need to be done. He even took the time to draw a sketch to help me better understand why our single electric panel was not going to cut it anymore. I’ve had 4 people come out to my house 3 of which were electricians from other companies to look at my house! Sam the electrician from Lazer was the only one who actually did a thorough investigation of my house and actually found the solution to my problem! He had amazing customer service worked very fast and wasn’t afraid to get down and dirty to check underneath my mobile home for any problems! Not to mention his service was more in my budget than all the others. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and a delight to talk to. Lazer will be my first call from now on!

Highly recommend Jerry and Lazer. 6/2.Dan was friendly and answered my questions about our AC maintenance. August 2024. Had Jerod come out to look at the possibility of getting our ac unit off the ground outside and mounted onto the foundation so we could more easily deal with routing water way from the house. He was thorough with his evaluation and explained options available to us. Currently considering next steps.

Andrew was very punctual which I really appreciated, said he was gunna be here and was at said time. He was respectful of my floors and wore booties whenever inside. Small hiccup with the repairs but was very informative about what need to be done and no additional costs. Plus I have 2 babies running around the house 1 and 3 yrs old and he was not bothered which to me is one of the greatest things that could happen. The understanding he showed was awesome.

We are so pleased with Lazer and Mason who came to change out some light fixtures in our basement stairway and basement ceiling. He helped us pick out new light fixtures when the ones we bought weren't going to fit properly. We so appreciated his guidance. He made quick work with the stairway light fixture. And he will return next week once we buy the new light fixtures for the basement ceiling. We have used Lazer before. We have been very pleased each time. They are also very reasonable. Ryan is a real professional and showed his expertise/experience in the plumbing field! He educated me after he completed diagnostic testing of my plumbing issue! I would not hesitate to have Ryan and other staff work on any plumping, electrical, cooling, and heating needs.

Lazer has been great both on a current conversion of a garage into an ADU for my mom and on a remodel about 5 years ago. They get their work done when they say they will and they do a good job. The owner even came out for a couple hours on Christmas Day to keep the job on schedule.

Installation of new furnace & air conditioner went well. Guys worked well together. They were considerate of my spooky little dog who was distressed by the commotion.

We had a new toilet installed back in June, but it wasn’t installed correctly by a now former employee. It was very loose at the base, and it started leaking at the front of the base over the weekend. Andrew came over first thing this morning, and immediately saw the issue. He showed us the problem, and presented us with two differently priced options for parts. We went with the less expensive part, which will work just as well. I appreciated being given the option. Once the toilet was fixed, Andrew tested it several times, and then showed us that the base is now firmly bolted to the floor, and it no longer leaks. Thank you for a job well done!

I have had a stinky dishwasher for 10 years. I finally reached the point of no more with it. So I called Lazer Plumbing. When he came in, he said I think I know the cause. He fixed it in about 10 minutes. I couldnt believe it. It's been 2 days no stink. I have had several plumbers out, they had no clue. Arrived on time. Did a very thorough diagnostic of my furnace prior to presenting me with options. I already was aware it was 17 years old and was expecting to replace it. Nevertheless he initially gave me a cost option to repair it. Then worked up 2 options for a new unit. I selected an option based on my household needs, to replace it with a similar unit. He also offered me an option to add a humidifier which was an excellent suggestion with wood floors and a piano on the main floor. Very reasonable price for this addition. The total cost was within my researched expectations. He is a well trained young man who handled my questions with confidence and very professionally. It was a very successful and cordial visit and I would highly recommend him as an excellent employee of Lazer.

Scott completed a plumbing job for me today to fix a leaky faucet in my tub/shower. He had to cut out a portion of the wall to replace the valve. He did an awesome job and left the wall sealed so I can use the shower while deciding on what type of surround I want to use for replacement. He also installed new brushed nickel fixtures. Scott was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He left the bathroom clean. No mess left behind. I will request him for all my plumbing needs and Lazer Home Services will be my go to company for all my home service needs.

We realized that the furnace wasn’t working with the first temperature drop of the season, and he diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered and installed the part we needed promptly, which we greatly appreciated.
