01/30/2026 - Update: Furnace quit working. Called Lazer @ 7am. Mason had us back up and warm by 10am.Always a good experience. Willie arrived, explained what he was at the house to do, went about his business very effeciently.

Andrew did awesome work and was very respectful of our home. Did a great job installing our new shower door which I really like and did a good job at cleaning up afterwards. The only thing im disappointed about is that they couldn't fix the dripping of water that I hear all night long coming from my bathroom. I know that this water dripping is adding up on my water bill even though they told me I have nothing to worry about.

Aaron did a great job working on our electrical needs. We had an outside light that worked for a short time then quit working after we installed a new fixture. He spent time trying both the fixtures at that connection and determined that both light fixtures weren't working but the electrical connection was fine. Aaron also was knowledgeable on installing the garbage disposal. He is very knowledgeable on all things electrical. I would call him with any concerns.I am very happy with Devon’s knowledge and personality. He was very nice! I think I have worked with all your services and I have found everyone from the office staff to the professionals to be knowledgable with a customer service attitude! I am so fortunate to have found Lazer and be a member!I was extremely happy with the service Mike provided. He was very professional and personable! He was an expert in the field and figured out how to make my furnace work without shutting off since the filter size was too small. He increased the speed of the fan and I have had no problems since. I would highly recommend his service.

Garth is the best!! He has installed a reverse osmosis system for us as well as a new garbage disposal. He is friendly, kind and professional!Linda and the admin staff are communicative, helpful and knowledgeable as well. We like their service plan since it helps maintain all the core systems in our home, prioritizes our service calls and gives us a discount when we do need repairs done. We highly recommend this team!

Amazing service! Installed a new furnace and replaced my one that's over 20 years old. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I'll definitely be using Lazer for more services!!!

Michael the technician that was assigned to my ticket came to my home, identified himself and asked to see the issues with my a/c. After the inspection and examining what was wrong with my a/c he was very honest and straightforward and told me the prices up front before doing any kind of repairs. I was very, very pleased with his honesty and explaining what is going on with the a/c situation. I have tried other repair services and I didn't get this kind of care and respect that Micheal provided. I was impressed as well that Trisha who called to remind me of the service guy was coming out and estimated time as well. That helped so I could get my dogs out the door and not bother him. I am very impressed with Lazer Home Services, how they handled my issues and above all, Michael is welcome back to check on my furnace and a/c...why??? All 4 of my pugs loved him and how gave attention to them!! Awesome team and very helpful as well. Thanks to the whole entire staff/team, we are prepared for the hot weather coming in...nasty.

Had Jerod come out to look at the possibility of getting our ac unit off the ground outside and mounted onto the foundation so we could more easily deal with routing water way from the house. He was thorough with his evaluation and explained options available to us. Currently considering next steps.Oct 2025Had them come out for work on plumbing(needed new sump pump , water heater flush, added circulation pump to water heater for better hot water at distant faucets) and electrical issues( added bubble covers to outside outlets, needed hew doorbell, which i bought and they installed). Garth and Zach were friendly, took time to explain things and everything seems to be working great.

I just had my 2nd furnace checkup with Lazer Home Services with Chris. He was fantastic, explained what he would be checking, I learned a lot about my furnace and how the humidifier works. Honestly the BEST checkup - I will be requesting Chris next year too!!!

Great service start to finish! Very transparent about diagnosing the problem and providing options/costs of options before performing work. Very customer service oriented and felt like they put the customer first. It was my first time using them and a friend highly recommended them to me in a time of immediate needs with a frozen/burst water pipe when it was 20 below zero wind chill. They said they rely on referral business as opposed to heavy advertising as their reputation builds business - its a good strategy as they earned me as a customer and future referral source as well. Highly recommend!

I had experienced the plumbing side of Lazer which was a great experience when he said it was clogged and not a garbage disposal replacement. Then had the electrician out to rerun wire and flexible conduit to my hot tub. Excellent service from both techs !!!!

Zac miller was awesome and even came slightly after hours for such an easy fix/reset. I felt so bad, but he was very nice and awesome to work with!

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident knowing my system was in good hands.The customer service at Lazer Home Services also stands out—they are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. My only suggestion for improvement would be in scheduling. Instead of a set appointment time, they notify you once the technician finishes the prior job and is on the way. In my case, that meant waiting until 3:00 in the afternoon. While it worked out, a more precise time window would make the process even better.That being said, I’m very happy with both Chris and the overall service from Lazer. I’ll gladly continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service.

We had an emergency situation with our plumbing on a Friday evening. Luckily we got a hold of Emily and Linda who were very helpful and sent out two plumbers, Garth and Ray. They arrived very quickly, identified the problem, and went above and beyond to get it resolved that same night, even patiently waiting as we had to find a key to our condo’s main water supply room that took longer than expected. We couldn’t have found more helpful people than Garth and Ray, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lazer Home Services to anyone! We will be using them exclusively moving forward.

Lost power on Easter Sunday in my garage. It was pouring rain outside and we were under a tornado watch with my garage open. I did not want to manually shut it as I was afraid of getting it back open to go to work in the morning. We also had just put lots of Easter leftovers in the garage fridge which now had no power to it. Called Lazer and within 15 minutes my power was restored. They were fast, friendly, and reliable. The price was also unbeatable. They even showed me what to do if it happens again in the future! So thankful that they were able to respond so quickly!

Sam came for a maintenance check on our home’s electrical inner workings and was excellent in both what he noticed and how he explained what might/will need to be done. He even took the time to draw a sketch to help me better understand why our single electric panel was not going to cut it anymore. I was impressed by both his manners and his solid communication skills.

Sam the electrician from Lazer was the only one who actually did a thorough investigation of my house and actually found the solution to my problem! He had amazing customer service worked very fast and wasn’t afraid to get down and dirty to check underneath my mobile home for any problems! Not to mention his service was more in my budget than all the others. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and a delight to talk to. Lazer will be my first call from now on!

Had Jerod come out to look at the possibility of getting our ac unit off the ground outside and mounted onto the foundation so we could more easily deal with routing water way from the house. He was thorough with his evaluation and explained options available to us. Currently considering next steps.

Andrew was very punctual which I really appreciated, said he was gunna be here and was at said time. He was respectful of my floors and wore booties whenever inside. Small hiccup with the repairs but was very informative about what need to be done and no additional costs. Plus I have 2 babies running around the house 1 and 3 yrs old and he was not bothered which to me is one of the greatest things that could happen. The understanding he showed was awesome.

We are so pleased with Lazer and Mason who came to change out some light fixtures in our basement stairway and basement ceiling. He helped us pick out new light fixtures when the ones we bought weren't going to fit properly. We so appreciated his guidance. He made quick work with the stairway light fixture. And he will return next week once we buy the new light fixtures for the basement ceiling. We have used Lazer before. We have been very pleased each time. They are also very reasonable. Can't ask for more
